This hasn't been easy due to the Corona Virus lockdown, but you and your team have provided excellent service & support both before and during the lockdown. Your advice and approach to putting our house onto the market in January were hugely successful and we would have moved in March were it not for the lockdown. As the lockdown eased, we really appreciated how much you did in sorting out our buyer and even identifying a potential alternative buyer when it appeared our exsisting buyer may have run into financial issues. Your liaison with the Estate Agents and the Solicitors along the chain also proved extremely effective in enabling us to move quickly and smoothly.
